AGT25 is here! Need some clothes ideas

Well, I totally agree with everyone else: she is just BEAUTIFUL!! I set her with Kirsten and Felicity when I went to bed, and they all look so happy together!

Well, her name is Rory (yes, from Gilmore Girls! Love that show!) so I thought it would be fun to try to find some outfits that look like something that Rory would wear.

I've looked a little on ebay, but I will take any help that I can get! :-) I wanted to try to find the uniform that Rory wears to Chilton. Blue plaid skirt, blue button-up collared shirt, gray button-up sweater (or the blue blazer type jacket), navy tights (or the knee socks) and the saddle shoes.

I have the shoes figured out, I know AG sells them for Molly. But I couldn't really turn up anything else. Do any of you know a good seller on ebay who makes doll clothes? I know of a few, but they do more historical stuff.

I think it will be fun to try to find some Rory accessories for my new girl. Any help would be appreciated! Rory and I thank you! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Molly's patterns could be easily adapted to Rory's school uniform blouse and skirt. If you don't sew and/or have the patterns, you can PM me.
I haven't come up with any specific ideas; I'll have to watch a rerun episode first. But... in honour of the actress who plays Rory, your Rory should have a nice pair of jeans, aka Traveling Pants.

Thanks for the ideas! My hubby said he can help me put my pics online, so hopefully we'll do that soon.

I hadn't really intended to make her Rory (other than just the name), but now I'm thinking of lots of fun things that I could try to find for her to give her that personality.

She did come in jeans, but I'd also like to find some plain ones. Here I go off to ebay to hunt some stuff down! [img]smile.gif[/img]
